3 Ways to Style a Dope T-shirt

Okay, Yall!  I’m ready to start getting dressed again. Due to the Rona, my clothes have been collecting dust and I’ve been thoroughly content with my daily look of leggings and sweatshirts. I could go on like this but…. It feels good to get cute and create easy and versatile looks.

Anywho, I love a cute t-shirt for its versatility. There are so many ways that you can style a t-shirt and create easy and affordable looks. These three looks  for today’s post are all well under $75. One thing you will learn about me is that everything I buy has to be versatile and budget friendly. I’m not a wear it once kind of girl so you will definitely see me rewear different items. I’m a firm believer in saving coins and looking good.  You don’t have to spend big bucks to look good, in fact I believe the best looks are the ones that force you to be creative and style on a budget. – All links for each look are listed below.

This first look can be worn anywhere: It’s simple, chic and appropriate for any setting. What I love about this look is that it’s a blank slate and can be styled in anyway for any occasion. The skirt is from Target. I snagged it a while ago for around $8. It’s one of my favorite skirts because it is a windbreaker material so it’s light enough to wear during the spring and fall. The drum crossbody bag is a new addition to my collection that I found on Walmart.com for $11.50. I love small statement bags with lots of colors and prints, the bags really add definition to any look. There is a black version of this bag still listed on the site so click the link to snag your own.

If you work in a casual environment or you have dress down Fridays, this look is perfect. This is my typical work attire because it’s so simple, yet stylish. I looooove blazers and try to incorporate different styles of blazers in my everyday look for work. The best thing about this look is that it transitions well so without the blazer, you can wear this look anywhere. My blazer and my utility pants are from Target and both were purchased for under $20.

The last look is the easiest and most basic. I haven’t owned a denim jacket in years and had been in search of a cute and stretchy jacket . I snagged this jacket from Walmart’s Time and Tru collection for just $14.99. I’m glad I did because this jack is comfortable  and has nice size pockets. The sneakers are from Asos.com. I purchased for around $30 with a coupon. There are still more sizes so if you are interested click the link below.

So what do you think? Would you wear any of these looks? Do you love good deals and affordable shopping? Tell me below. Also, share some of your favorite places to shop.
